2.1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
    • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt and a video is taken during the unboxing of the product.
    • If a customer receives a defective product and records an unboxing video, the item is eligible for a return and refund
